Terms of sale

Last updated: October 2026 Seller: X-Panels Ltd Address: 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, England Email: [email protected] Phone: +447388807070 These terms apply to every order you place through this website. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order, you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. In these terms "we", "us" and "the shop" mean the business that runs this website, and "you" means the person placing the order. You can contact us at any time through the Contact page. 1. ABOUT US AND THESE TERMS We sell products through this website, including physical goods and digital downloads. These terms, together with our Shipping & returns policy and Privacy policy, form the contract between you and us. By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are buying for yourself or as a gift, and that the information you give us is correct. 2. PRODUCTS We take care to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours on your screen may differ slightly from the real item, and small variations can occur. Product descriptions, images and prices are an invitation to order, not an offer. Where a product shows as in stock, we will do our best to supply it. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered, we will tell you promptly and refund anything you have paid for it. 3. PLACING AN ORDER To order, add products to your cart, enter your details at checkout and pay. Before you pay, you can review and correct your order and your details. After you pay, we email you an order confirmation with a numbered invoice. We accept your order, and the contract between us is made, when we send this confirmation email. Please check it and tell us straight away if anything is wrong. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full. 4. PRICES AND CURRENCY Prices are shown in euros, pounds or US dollars, depending on your location or your choice, and you pay in the currency you see at checkout. Prices for other currencies are converted from our base price using an exchange rate that we update regularly, so the same product can cost slightly different amounts over time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place the order. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. Prices include VAT where we are required to charge it. Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges in the destination country, which you are responsible for paying. See our Shipping & returns policy. 5. DISCOUNT CODES Discount codes are valid only as stated when issued, may have an expiry date or a limited number of uses, can be used once per order, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may withdraw a code at any time, but not for an order you have already paid for. 6. PAYMENT You can pay by PayPal or by debit or credit card, processed securely by PayPal and Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is only processed once payment has been successfully received. If a payment fails, you are not charged and the order is not completed. 7. DELIVERY We deliver to the addresses and countries offered at checkout. Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees, and unless we agree otherwise, we aim to deliver within 30 days of your order, as required by law. Risk of loss or damage to physical goods passes to you when they are delivered to you, and ownership passes to you when we receive full payment. Full details, including lost parcels and wrong addresses, are in our Shipping & returns policy. 8. DIGITAL PRODUCTS Digital products are made available for download from your order page, and by email link, as soon as payment is confirmed. By ordering a digital product, you agree that we begin supplying it straight away and that you lose your right to cancel once the download has been made available. If a digital product is faulty, does not match its description or cannot be downloaded, contact us and we will fix the problem, replace it or refund you. Digital products are for your personal use. You may not copy, resell, share or publish them unless the product description says you may. 9. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL AND RETURNS If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the day you receive physical goods to cancel the order without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to send them back. Conditions, return costs, exceptions and how refunds work are explained in our Shipping & returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights. 10. FAULTY GOODS AND YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS By law, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, depending on how long you have had it. These terms do not take away your statutory rights. For advice on your rights, you can contact Citizens Advice. 11. OUR LIABILITY We are responsible if we cause you foreseeable loss or damage by breaking these terms or by our negligence. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as strikes, severe weather, carrier failures or internet outages), or for any business loss, because the shop sells to consumers for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. 12. YOUR ACCOUNT If you create an account, you must keep your login details and email access safe and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. We send a one-time code to your email address to confirm your identity when you register and sign in. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. 13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product designs and downloads, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy or reuse it, other than for your own personal use, without our written permission. 14. PERSONAL INFORMATION How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy. 15. COMPLAINTS If you are unhappy, please contact us first through the Contact page with your order number and we will try to resolve it quickly. We aim to reply within 2 working days. 16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this website at the time you place it. 17. GENERAL If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we delay in enforcing a right, we do not lose it. You may not transfer your rights under this contract to someone else. A person who is not a party to this contract has no right to enforce it. 18. GOVERNING LAW These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring a claim in the courts of those countries. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the mandatory consumer protection rights of the country where you live.
